I had only practiced guided meditation a handful of times prior to participating in Shana’s sessions. Not only was my experience with her welcoming and calming, but that calmness carried over into my sleep and the days that followed. I love knowing that whatever time I spend with Shana will continue to influence how I feel and relate to others in the days that follow. She is a gift!

Actually, such a gift that I decided to share her with all my friends. As part of my birthday celebration, I decided to host a meditation led by Shana for all my friends at my apartment. It was such a  grounding, unifying and fulfilling evening. We were a room full of both beginners and experts, and she knew how to create a shared space for reflection and mindfulness.
