A few words..

Shana studied meditation at the Nalanda Institute of Contemplative Science. Working in corporate for 15+ years, she appreciates the life of a busy urban professional and is committed to helping people balance work with an inner peace and calm. Shana also founded a cancer-related non profit, Michael's Mission, that supports meditation to help manage pain and overall quality of life.

Her meditation style will allow you to safely explore the foundations of mindfulness: body, breath, and mind- all contributing to how you experience life.
